"The room was clean and spacious, the staff was great, breakfast was delicious, and the on site restaurant and bar was very convenient with good happy hour specials. The location was convenient as well. The WiFi kind of sucked and the desk area was pretty shallow, so I’m glad I wasn’t working remotely during my stay."

"Exceptional Customer Service. The room was spacious, clean and the king bed was comfortable. Dining options with room service, restaurant on site and next door restaurant in walking distance. It’s a luxury hotel downtown, great location to walk to the St. Francis Cathedral and shopping. They allowed pets which is a rare find when you want to experience the local charm of a city like Santa Fe."

"Pros: Rare find. Close in. Clean rooms. No hidden fees, free parking, and a wonderful free breakfast. Rooms available with real wood fireplaces too. Cons: Bathrooms are tiny, there are not enough outlets near the beds, and there is no fire suppression system. I’ll stay here everytime I travel to Santa Fe. But I’ll bring my own multi extension cord next time 😉"
