He stated that the room was not ready, refused to provide even an estimated availability time, and claimed there was no way to check with the cleaning staff—an explanation that is unreasonable and concerning for a hotel of this standard. We were finally able to check in at 8:00 PM, which is four hours past the regular check‑in time. The complete lack of communication, transparency, and basic customer service caused significant inconvenience and reflects poorly on the hotel’s operational standards. The only positive aspect of this experience was Alex, who was the only staff member who provided genuine assistance and helped resolve the situation after hours of unnecessary delays. "

"The hotel is okay at best. They do not offer room service, so after a long day don’t expect for anyone to bring you food. You’ll have to walk down to get it. And while you’re at it, get some bottled waters because there is none in the room. The tv is so old, there’s cracks all throughout the bathroom it’s just a very dated hotel but the outside and dining area looks pretty good. "
