"The location is great. Very close to subway stations and practically on the water. The hotel itself is what you would expect for the price you pay. Our only issue was the water in the shower was scalding hot no matter which way you turned the dial. It never got cool. I didn’t bring it up to the staff. Don’t know if it was just our room or the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again but would check the shower temp before unpacking."

"When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. The staff is kind and I should have asked for all the things that were missing but I don't want to cause any issues"

"The AC was not strong enough during the day. Horribly humid. Of room had one of the beds with stains on the sheets. And finally, the guests next to us were screaming at each other for over 30 minutes. I called twice, and was told someone would come up. They never did. The bar and restaurant downstairs was pretty nice. The room was pretty bad. I do not recommend."

"Spent one night. Check in was quick and easy, the Hotel restaurant had good food choices and the staff were very nice and quick. I liked that they had options to by over the counter useful pharmacy-type stuff, although I didn't need to use that option (good to know they have it). Parking was easy. Overall a positive experience."

"I put a $300 deposit for this hotel that should have gone toward my bill. Instead, I was charged an additional $600 more than the Hotels.com receipt said I still owed. The only reason I chose this hotel was the price I was able to get but ended up paying more than I wanted. Communication between Hotels.com and the property clearly need improvement. And the pool was closed for my entire stay, which took away from the enjoyment of my trip. When I looked for available parking, I was happy to see it was available at the hotel- only to find out it was valet only, and that my car would be parked two blocks down in the Whole Foods parking garage. This was another reason I chose this property, for its on site parking, but that wasn’t the case."
