"Room was very clean, staff was very accommodating! Didn’t really like the parking situation- there was an event happening upon my arrival which left me parking all the way down the street which was kind of annoying. But overall my stay was great! "

"The room was perfect for me and my kids. Staff was Amazing even though the stress of ppl being rude & nasty they handled it very well under pressure. The breakfast was healthy and the perfect meal for us on the go. I would like to say thank to the Mom that runs the hotel, the young lady that checked us in and the gentleman that helps with the garage. The Daughter who stepped in to help wash the linen and help others. Keep up the good job guys. "

"I was very disappointed to see the condition of the room upon checking in. The fabric on both of the chairs in the room was heavily stained and had spots of matted dirt. The walls near the bathroom had spots of some type of sticky substance in several areas. I went to grab a quick shower and the first towel I grabbed had a large blueish stain that went through the fabric. The blow dryer that was available in the room was matted with hair on the intake section of the device. Overall, I was very disappointed that a room that cost over $400, even on a holiday weekend, was presented in such conditions. I will not be returning ... "

"Very clean. Staff very helpful. Quiet stay. The bed was comfy and clean. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular but there was hot food and cold options and there was plenty even on busy days so truly no complaints. I had a great stay. "

"The faucet in our room (hot water) was loose so I have to hold it by the base to turn on/off, no microwave in room & the ice machine on my floor (3rd) was out of order. Completely an inconvenience! "

"Everything was beautiful; there was two hiccups 2/3 elevators lost service and the microwave as requested wasn’t in room. Eventually the elevators came back up and the microwave was delivered to the room. Karen sweet lady met us while we were checking in, she was so personal engaged in conversation. Although the conversation was brief it was nice to see someone enjoying their job."

"Good for a one night stay. Breakfast was terrible. Dried up eggs, sausage sitting in grease and no cold cereal options. It was obvious it had not been tended to."
