"The hotel is very nice including the staff. The swimming pool area is closed under renovation. The location is very close to everything(supermarket, other restaurant- McDonald is beside with the hotel. 9 mins away from EPIC HQ. We had good complimentary breakfast. The rooms were very clean & organized. There's microwave, mini refrigerator & Keurig. Also iron w/ iron board. Smart TV. Outlets w/ USB or type c available.Bathroom w/ built-in dispenser for shampoo & conditioner. "

"It was a clean room. I really appreciated the evening clerk. She was GREAT! When I went to turn the key in at the end of my stay, the person who was at the front desk was in the back and appeared to be reading a newspaper. There were two packages setting there. I announced that I was checking out and mentioned the packages. He didn't get up. Otherwise, everything couldn't have been BETTER! I loved the whirlpool. I liked how they had the room set up. Everything else was great."

"MOD was amazing and found us distilled water. Pull out sofa sleeper in the king suite was unusable. This room can ONLY sleep 2 and not as advertised. Shower door doesn't stay fully closed and gaped a good 6 inches. Shower grout needs bleach. Bed was ok, but our 3rd guest was very uncomfortable sleeping on the couch. No offer of compensation by the hotel. Disappointing. "
