"Second time we’ve stayed here. Very nice property. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant in-house and it was very tasty and the service was very friendly and prompt. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"The room and bathroom were cozy, spacious and very clean and quiet. We had an enjoyable stay and a good nights rest. The room was on the ground floor with drive up easy access and great for travelling with animals. Staff in the morning was very helpful and friendly. Staff at reception when checking in the night before was not very pleasant and helpful. Perhaps he didn’t have a good day. Breakfast was good. Would stay at this property again. "

"This auberge is a little gem. A warm and friendly inn keeper, a friendly cat, a beautiful quiet lakeside location, a clean cheery well appointed room. The property is more motel than hotel since the rooms are down the hill from the main house and have outdoor entrances however he living room and the porch are open for use by the guests. The rooms are well equipped with coffee pots, a toaster, a microwave, and a little cabinet with dishes, glasses, and silverware. Be advised that unlike some of the older reviews there is no restaurant on the premises and they do not serve breakfast. This was a lovely little surprise after a long day of travel! "
