"This was a really nice hotel. It exceeded our expectations. Very clean, nice amenities, super helpful and hospitable staff. I would like to specifically give a shout-out to Anastasia and Olivia, who went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the AC worked great. We will definitely be back! Thank you!"

"We enjoyed the Home2Suites in New Braunfels, TX. The room was huge, lots of counter space in the room. Beds were ok, not the most comfortable. Breakfast was great with options to make sandwiches, Texas shaped waffles. Was very pleased with the options. My only complaint was the room service. A note in the room said they would service the room every other day which would include making the beds, new towels, empty garbage. Out of the 4 nights we stayed, no one made the beds, our garbage was not emptied until the night before check out. We did get a few new towels but didn't take away all of the used towels. Overall though. We enjoyed the property."

"Hotel was great for the price. Receptionist was fantastic and check in was easy. Room was clean except for the bathtub but we never used it for being one night. Pillows were not great. The insides of the pillow were chunky and clumped together. Glad I brought my own pillow. All in all wasn’t a horrible night. Just bring your own pillows!"
