Friendly environment

It was good to stay with family. Breakfast was not so good though, but the reception was very friendly and willing to give help whenever needed. You can see the balloons up in the sky in the early morning.

The staff is really kind and not pushy on the excursions. They suggested us a lot of things. They even move their tables to accommodate our rented car to park in front of the hotel. The view is beautiful.

We were a family of 5 and we got the family suite, there wasn’t any privacy when it came to the beds placement, but the price was great. Also the view from their terrace was amazing, we got to see the ballon’s so close that almost touched one. I recommend this place to any family that wants to experience staying at a cave hotel, and wants to have tje opportunity to see the balloons early in the morning without having to leave the hotel. The breakfast was included and it was really tasty and many options to choose from. The owner was really attentive and if we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again!

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en Avlu, la atención excelente, todos muy amables y serviciales, dispuestos a ayudarte e incluso ofrecer opciones de tours por la zona. El desayuno es muy bueno. La ubicación es muy accesible a la avenida principal de Goreme. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Büyük beklentilerle gelmeyin

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Göreme'nin neredeyse her yerine yürüme mesafesinde. Yakınında birçok iyi restoran var. Otelin çevresinde araç park edecek yeterli alan var. Araçla her yere kolayca ulaşmak mümkün. Odaların mağara ve taş olması farklı bir hava katıyor. Kahvaltı yeterli düzeyde. Yumurta sadece haşlanmış olarak var. Börek ve gözlemeler genelde soğuktu. Peynir ve kahvaltılık çeşitleri çok kaliteli değildi. Bu konuda biraz ucuza kaçılmış. Otelin alanının küçük olması nedeniyle kahvaltı alanı üst katta. Çay almak için üç kez merdiven inip çıkmak pek hoş bir deneyim değildi. Otelin manzarası fena değil. Teras var ama terasın biraz elden geçmesi gerekiyor. Terasa çıkıştaki merdivenler dik ve dar. İlk girişte odanın temizliği fena değildi. Ancak kaldığımız 3 gece 4 gün boyunca temizlik yapılmadı. Ne odadaki ne odanın önündeki çöpler hiç boşaltılmadı. Biz aile odasında kaldık. Odaların otantik bir döşemesi var. Çocuklar odaya bayıldı. Ancak hiç depolama alanı sunulmamış. Küçük de olsa bir dolap iyi olurdu. Maalesef banyo giderinden koku geliyor. Banyoda havlunuzu kişisel bakım eşyalarınızı koyacağınız yerler hiç düşünülmemiş. Otelin sahipleri bir isteğiniz olursa ilgili ve yardımsever. Kısaca çok büyük beklentilerle gelirseniz hayal kırıklığı yaşayabilirsiniz. Birkaç gece için idare edilir.

Ailecek gidebileceğiniz temiz düzgün bir otel..

Manzarası ve konumu itibari ile çok güzeldi. İşletmeciler oldukça nazik ve güler yüzlüydü.odalar temiz ve düzenliydi. Ailecek konakladığımız bu otelde ihtiyacımız olan herşeyi ( ütü,çay,kahve vs.) karşıladılar. İlk defa gelmemize rağmen tavsiyeleri ile gezilecek yerleri sırasıyla gezme ve zamanı doğru yönetme şansımız oldu ayrıca Kahvaltıları lezzetli mutfakları düzenli ve temiz.

Otel konum olarak en iyilerden birisi

5 kız arkadaş olarak Cave suit odasında konakladık. Otel gidişinde çok ilgili bir beyefendi karşıladı bizi her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldular konum olarak en iyilerden birisi daha önce de o bölgede konakladığım için söyleyebilirim. Balon turu için de ayrıca yarımcı oldular ve otelden kaynaklı olduğunu düşünüyorum çok güzel ilgilendiler. Odamız resimdeki ile birebir aynıydı. Tek olumsuz durumu bu oda için konuşuyorum mutfağın hemen yanındaydı biz balon için erken kalktık fakat kahvaltı hazırlanırken uyumak sıkıntılı olabilir sesten dolayı onun dışında gayet güzel.
