"Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed. One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

"Logistically great! Accommodated very late arrival, all in English, coordinated via WatsApp without an issue, hotel in a nice location, local historical building. "The staff were extremely nice and wonderful, the room was nothing like the picture, the bathroom had mold not the greatest. Breakfast I paid when I got there and it was very limited also paid for dinner and all they had were hamburgers fries and other little things. Definitely eat out if you stay there. If it were not for the staff being so nice I would have probably given them a one star. Way over priced so sorry I used my points on this. "

"We (family of 4 + dog) have stayed here overnight every year on our way to the south and we love it! Beautiful location (garden, woods, quiet, water feature), yet Zweibrücken’s excellent shopping outlet is just 2 minutes away by car. The rooms are comfortable and our dog was allowed to join us for dinner and breakfast (as an observer). There are two restaurants, but best to reserve a table in advance as the venue is often used for weddings (being a picturesque location). Highly recommended, and we shall return next summer!"
