"Pathetic"

"We got the least expensive room, and it is admittedly light on amenities, including a fridge or in-room controlled A/C, but we stayed only one night and it was mild weather. Great location right next to Westbahnhof and definitely did the trick for a cheap night and a short trip. Also very much appreciated the complimentary luggage storage."

"Had an enjoyable 3-night stay at the hotel and had a nice room upgrade. Rooms have everything that you require but still run on a door key system, which you can hand into reception when not in the hotel. The hotel is not central, but there is a tram stop outside the property, and there are 2 U stops nearby. Uber is easy to book and had no problems getting around the city from the hotel. The breakfast is very good with plenty of variety for everyone. Staff are very helpful and would recommend the hotel if you do not want to pay city centre prices."

"At check-in, there was a man and a woman. I clearly arrived before those two guests, but the female receptionist called them both to check in first and asked me to wait there. Then the male receptionist, who had his hair in a braid, pronounced my name in a very strange tone while entering it into the system, which made me feel quite uncomfortable."

"Convenient super market access as is in same building. Slightly difficult to find reception at first as elevators require room key to use. Best route is to enter into the building where the tall sign is that mentions the hotel and speak to reception just inside door."
