"This place is great, really nice apartment. But if you book the day before arrriving then make sure to call ahead as I alsmost couldn’t check in . I have to call and the man running the place was super helpful and came over quickly even though it was 20:30 and the mix up was not his fault, hotels.com took my booking and charged me but due to the last minute nature didn’t transfer the booking to the hotels System! "The hotel was in a great location, easy walking yo the old town and main streets. The staff were very helpful, in particular with getting in and out of the garage."

"I cannot recommend this hotel. Staff is not welcoming. Our room overlooked a ramshackled building in the back. I went and complained about the view and was offered a different room, but was told to basically expect that because we had after all booked a “standard room, and through Hotels.com”. There were 10 cars in the parking lot, so not many guests, but I was also told that because I only booked for 1 night, the other rooms were reserved for guests that were arriving the next day who had booked for 2 nights. I was offered an upgrade for an additional fee. Our room had no closet to speak off (concrete cubby with 5 hangers). There was not enough light, (they had to come and replace one or the 5 miniature halogeen lamps). Breakfast was included and we were the first to arrive in the morning. We were told to sit at any table we wanted, but then were quickly told that we could only use a table without glasses on them. So we moved. Weird! Cups for your coffee had no saucers, so you put them directly on your tablecloth. I could go on, but whoever reads this will quickly understand that this is an overrated hotel without proper hospitality. I asked for a bill/reciept on departure, but was told that they couldn’t give one (even though they asked for my credit card on arrival) because I had after all pre-paid through Hotels.com. So why did they need a credit card? I left with a dismissed feeling."
