I also had a situation where I needed to call the front desk about a concern I had about suspicious guests but a) the phone did not work and b) the front desk did not seem to be concerned. "Looks like they are working on improving the property. Some areas are a little worn but you can see the work they are putting into making it better… .with that said. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. The view was to die for and easy to walk to the beach. It’s literally right next to it. The staff was great. Had this little ( I believe) Russian woman who checked us in. Sooo helpful, funny and just adorable. Loved her! Would love to come back. "

"This was our first stay at The Anchor Inn Resort and we will definitely be back. We loved the location. The South end of Lincoln City is much quieter and less chaotic than the main part of town but still close enough to everything you'd need. And let me tell you, THE MOST COMFORTABLE HOTEL BED I'VE EVER SLEPT IN. The amenities were also great. Our room had a complimentary s'mores kit, a couple bottles of water and some chips. The courtyard had multiple fire pits for roasting your marshmallows...

"We travel on the cheap. There was nothing too cheap about The Palace Inn. It was very clean and welcoming, the staff were friendly and professional, the room was immaculate. There was an extra blanket and pillow in the closet (doesn’t sound like much but it is when on the cheap!) They had an amazing spread for breakfast of fresh fruit and muffins, even the coffee was good. Can’t say enough about them. They will be our regular stay when we take trips to the Oregon Coast!"
