Very disappointing hotel not a 4star hotel.
We were looking forward to our visit, but were left somewhat disappointed. The hotel is very tired and in need of renovating. Where to start. The door to our room couldn’t be opened so we sought assistance. It turned out the door was jammed due to not fitting the surround. The lock was nearly impossible to open/ close.
