We have just returned following a lovely long weekend in Nerja. 5 ladies travelled for a girls mini break. We had 2 bedrooms in Hotel Toboso Chaparil. A double and a triple room although the double also had 3 beds. The hotel is in a excellent location. Only a short stroll to beach and main town square/area. The main town is all pedestrianized so no cars. Cars are allowed on road outside hotel but you wouldnt even know as it was so quiet at night even with one of our rooms at street level. The complimentary breakfast buffet was ideal and had everything that we needed. Beach towels can be hired for a €10 deposit. The staff are all so nice. We got a map and a quick explanation on how to find the main area on arrival. I also arranged for bottles of Cava to be delivered to the room for a surprise birthday toast which was no issue at all. We will definitely be back to this hotel if we visit Nerja again.

Good location, clean & comfortable

Good location for shops, bars, restaurants & Torrecilla beach. Very quiet room at back of hotel overlooking a square & some mountain views. Considering central location with very busy (and excellent) tapas bars close by we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't noisy. Spotlessly clean and staff helpful

We paid $800CAD for two nights at a room with working AC. What we got in return was a room with an AC that did not cool the smal room for three people. We received a fan to make the wait for the room to cool down more bareable. Two hotel staff came to our room to check on the AC to assure us that it was working. However the temperature was unbearable. It was not until we complained and said we were going to include this incident on the review that the correct room was made available to us the following day. Nobody offered to partially reimburse the first night. The room that was finally assigned to us was fresh, roomier and exactly how it was described when we booked it. We were very disapointed with the entire experience.

Plage et centre ville a proximite, tres bon petit dejeuner, chambre spacieuse et propre, personnel tres gentil. Tout etait parfait pour nous. Seul petite contrainte, le parking pour la voiture. Comme nous etions en vacance mi septembre, nous avons cependant toujours trouve des places de libres au parking publique juste derriere l hotel.
