Hostal perfecto, limpio y en el centro de Nerja. No ofrece servio de desayuno ni comidas. Pero te dejan un pequeño detalle de magdalenas-sobaos o rosquillas de chocolate gratis en la habitación.

Very friendly hotel reception and very clean hostal. Central too, so everything is walking distance which is great. Our flight was late evening but they let us keep our room for the day for very little cost.. was very impressed and would recommend this hostal to anyone.

El propietario o propietaria no tuvo la deferencia ni de preguntarnos de donde veníamos para considerar nuestra situación, nos dejaron en la calle sin más (aunque la recepcionista sí se mostró comprensiva y empática). Sugiero que si el establecimiento no se digna a dar cobijo vacacional a familias, lo dejen claro en un lugar bien visible durante la reserva. También nos llama la atención incongruencias entre lo anunciado en la página web y lo que ofrece el hostal, por ejemplo, no tienen recepción 24 horas, ni parking, etc.

Lo mejor las habitaciones son grandes y nuevas con un cuarto de baño bueno. Muy buena localización en pleno centro de Nerja. Lo peor el desayuno para quien acostumnbre a comer una buena tostada, nada de bufet. Lo que indican por desayuno son unos pocos dulces y una cafetera en la habitación.

Cerca de las playas, restaurantes y de la parada de autobús. En central pärla

Vi har bott här tidigare och gillar det verkligen. Nytt, rent, fräscht och supercentralt. Alltid trevligt bemötande av mannen i receptionen. De har öppet begränsade tider, vilket funkar fint för oss. Härlig takterrass med fantastisk utsikt, solstolar och en liten pool. Ingen bar eller restaurang på hotellet, men det saknas inte i Nerja. Jag är fortfarande frågande till varför det enbart har en stjärna. Vi saknar inte de delar hotellet valt bort. Vi ser redan nu fram emot vår nästa vistelse i sommar.

This is a new, modern hotel, not an old-fashioned hostel at all. And it has a whimsical touch with a different mural in each of its ten rooms, along with a frig, coffee maker, safe, and very nice rain shower head in the bathroom. There's a great roof-top terrace too. Underground parking is right next door...22.5 euro for 24 hours or 40 euro for 3 days. Francisco is very cheerful and eager to help and I really enjoyed chatting with him. One small flaw is that their "breakfast" consists of a few industrially produced food-like items (i.e. cellophane-packaged carbs) in a basket in the room. I'm told they hope to improve the breakfast situation.

Mycket för pengarna

Nytt fräscht hotell med mysigt rum och fint badrum. Kylskåp på rummet. Härligt att öppna upp den franska balkongen. Städning varje dag. Receptionen var bemannad när vi kom, men ibland var det stängt. Ingen lobby, men en härlig takterrass med soffa, solstolar och en svalkande bubbelpool och härlig utsikt över Nerja. Hotellet hade ett toppenläge, väldigt centralt. Nära ett stort p-hus. Vi förstår fortfarande inte hur det bara kunde vara 1 stjärna. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Great position in Nerja near the Balcón.

Very nice Hostal. Looks to do a new conversation and had been really well done. We had the lighthouse room which had two lovely floor to ceiling windows with lovely views over the plaza. The rooftop terrace has a jacuzzi with nice recliners and seating. The Hostal is in a great position just behind the Balcón and moments from anywhere in the centre of Nerja. Breakfast is left in the room and is croissants and cake, along with a coffee machine and bottle of water. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel!

Hostal dona Carmen should not be a one star hotel - it is at least three and better than many 4 I’ve stayed at before. The staff were incredibly friendly - Francisco was amazing! There is parking nearby (but it will cost you) and free parking about 1 min drive/5 min walk from the hostal. Would definitely stay again!
