"The room was poorly maintained, and we knew it was a pets allowed facility, BUT, we did not expect that there would be a dog in the room across from ours that would be barking all night, literally, and thattthe walls were so paper thin that I swore the dog was in our room, AND, the staff, although notified, did nothing. "We actually didn't get to stay. We arrived on site and they didn't have a room reserved for us. I showed them my itenary, confirmation number and they did not show anything under these. I tried to get a different room, but they were going to charge me again. The front desk person didn't know what to do, called mgr. she was not helpful. We were not happy. She told us to leave the premises. I neec a refund immediately. Please contact me within 3 business days. "
