We had a wonderful stay at Minmaru Osaka West. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, and their thoughtful care made our visit especially memorable. They prepared a food safety card for our family member with allergies, recommended excellent nearby restaurants, and made our child feel at home with toys and genuine attention. The room was clean and comfortable, the room service was excellent, and the kitchen was well equipped. Of all the apartments we stayed in across Osaka, Tokyo, and Kyoto, Minmaru Osaka West stood out for its caring and attentive staff. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay in Osaka.
