"We’ve stayed in lots of Dubai hotels and a few on the palm and this has been our favourite. The staff are amazing! All the food from room service to the restaurants is excellent and the spa is one of the best spas in a hotel. The clientele is also of a high standard compared to some other 5* hotels in Dubai and in the palm. No young people drinking to excess or making noise! The rooms are huge but the only down side is they’re starting to feel a tad shabby but still very good. The hotel is slowly upgrading the rooms tho I believe. Even with this tho, I would certainly rebook the next time we stay."

Cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent, and the views are absolutely stunning. The hotel offers a private beach with many activities, creating the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. There is also a dedicated beachfront restaurant with a varied menu, ideal for enjoying great food by the sea. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service at reception, especially the complimentary upgrade from a King Deluxe Room to a spacious three-bedroom suite. A truly generous and memorable gesture. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an amazing beachfront experience in Dubai."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay. The check-in was efficient and friendly, and we will received an upgrade to a stunning room with a view over the sea and palm. The hotel is energetic with lots going on. It’s great for kids, we did the water park and post chambers, which were great fun. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with pastries a particular highlight. We ate in Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street, and although the food as just ok, the service was brilliant and they had a great musician and a little play area for our daughter. They were very welcoming and friendly. I also had a beer in the South American themed restaurant (I forget the name) and the live music and band was top drawer. I would recommend this hotel for a few days of fun for everyone. "
