Disliked: Check-in, communication
Esperienza orribile, viaggio da 20 anni e non mi era mai successa una cosa simile. Nonostante abbia parlato con il responsabile della struttura che mi aveva detto che fino alle 22:00 la porta automatica sarebbe stata aperta, dopo 7 ore di macchina arrivo alle 21:30 e la porta era chiusa. Lo chiamo e mi dice che non può fare nulla, mi consiglia di prenotare un altro posto dicendomi che avrebbe rimborsato. Sono costretto a pagare tre volte di più un altro hotel tra i pochi disponibili. Alla richiesta di rimborso mi dicono da Hotels.com che la struttura non risponde, il tipo non mi risponde più su WhatsApp. Fortunatamente, visto il comportamento scorretto della struttura, Hotels.com ha pensato bene di imborsare tutto. Sono allibito dal comportamento di certe persone
