Hayes Hotel

Hayes Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"We are so grateful for our unexpected stay at The Hayes Hotel! After accessibility issues at our original Cork hotel, a last-minute search led us here. Finding comfortable space for four adults in Europe can be tough, but this setup in charming Thurles was perfect. We checked in around 8:40 PM, starving after traveling all day. Though the kitchen closed at 9:00 PM, the staff at Cusack’s Bar were wonderfully accommodating, letting us take our meals upstairs for a cozy end to the night. The suite arrangement (Rooms 101 & 102) was fantastic. Room 101 had a comfortable fold-out bed and led to a spacious bathroom and generous closet space. An inner door opened to Room 102, a gorgeous bedroom with a king bed—offering the ideal mix of space and privacy. The room was well-equipped with outlets and USB ports. (Tip: bring a small portable fan if you prefer sleeping cool!) Breakfast at Cusack’s was included and served from 8:00 to 10:30 AM. We opted for the pancakes and French toast; both were delicious, and the coffee was outstanding. Above all, the entire staff was exceptionally kind, engaging, and welcoming. Thank you for turning a potential lodging nightmare into such a wonderful experience. We’ll enthusiastically recommend The Hayes Hotel to everyone and cannot wait to return!"
