Very clean, good breakfast and extremely nice and accommodating staff, especially the restaurant (one or two of the front desk clerks weren’t the most friendly- not rude just seemed like I was annoying them if I asked a question- maybe I was lol, but overall I still give 5 stars. "I stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Presented well, clean, maintained well. Housekeeping staff and Reception staff as well as Room Service were quick to act on requests. Had also booked a separate room for family visiting South Africa on a different floor. Happy with service and will definitely be back. Tulu and Thuli (Chef) in the restaurant, Moeketse in the bar area, you guys were wonderful. One Maintenance gentlemen, I have to mention - changed the safe batteries for me, he was very kind and so respectful throughout our stay. Overall - Impressed. ❤️ "
