The room door did not lock from the outside, the bathroom tap had a leak and when I tried to close the bathroom door it did not close fully, the TV remote from the room next door was controlling my TV so I could not relax and watch TV, the bed was very noisy and you could also clearly hear the conversations and TV from the room next door. "The place is out of this world. What you see in the website is what you get on arrival. It is the best place I have ever been to. The staff was welcoming on arrival, the manager welcomed me personally. I recommend it to anyone. The comfort of the bed is superb. Wooow what an excellent experience.
