"社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きましたが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフの皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスし たワインが素晴らしかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！"

"Our family spent just one night at the hotel, but wished we could have stayed longer. The location is unbeatable though getting there by public transport may be a challenge. We drove and there was enough parking even though it was shared with beach-goers. The hotel itself has only two spots by its entrance.Service was excellent and check-in was quick and efficient. While the hotel is not new, it is more than made up by its amenities and room views, and what views we had!! Kaimondake was right...
