"The classic Karlsbad luxury spa experience. We loved the treatments (facials, face massage, and stone massage). The whole staff was well-trained, helpful, and friendly. It is very large, with two separate buildings/receptions, which was somewhat cumbersome. Truthfully, the hotel is not very well-suited for guests with disabilities (stairs that can’t be avoided, sometimes without handrails, and the accessible room they gave us was as far from the spa as it could be). We made it work, but the hotel could have offered more support."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Imperial. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers lovely views. We also appreciated the complimentary transportation on two bus routes and the funicular. The only drawback is the hotel’s location on a hill, which can be difficult to walk up without transportation. Despite this, we would definitely come back and highly recommend Hotel Imperial."

"Generally the hotel is really stylish and is in a nice setting with good underground parking (although this is quite a bit extra). The breakfasts are sufficient and well presented. The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."
