"This place was the only bad experience in an otherwise wonderful trip. Hotel does not have adequate staffing which led to most of the following issues: - it took 1 hour for them to check us in. People before me had been standing for more than 2 hours waiting for staff to prepare the rooms even though previous batch had checked out 3 hours before - No wifi in rooms, only available at reception with 200mb limit per person. - Landline was not working in room and they asked us to come to reception...

"we had two rooms. with family. stayed for 2 days. it was off-peak season so relatively quiet. Had much of the beach to ourselves which was amazing. staff arranged for early check-in and late check-out. very enjoyable. The beach was clean but not pristine. There were some scattered plastic containers/trash which can be more proactively cleaned up by the hotel cleaning crew. Had two meals here and they were awesome really. Rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Sort of at a level of a 3-star...
