"Unfortunately, we had difficulty locating the shuttle stop. The hotel must install guide signage around the airport and around the parking area. Yellow taxi cab drivers were providing different instructions to us. Some stated that the shuttle will be passing along the ramp. Some pointed in a different location. Airport staff were clueless. The hotel staff was great and welcoming. Thank you. "

I then asked about the facilities, but their responses were so unprofessional and vague that I was genuinely shocked.
