"Rondel was a great choice for us. It’s not glitzy, but had everything we needed. It’s close to a grocery store and there are tons of restaurants nearby while walking 7 mile beach. The on site restaurant was really good. Employees who stood out were the bartender, DelRoy, lifeguard Duran and housekeepers Melissa and Donna. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Great beach!"
"Very rustic scenery outside But poor quality and service. Towels and bed linens were old and dingy. One toilet paper for three guests. Request another when that one was finished and I went out for the whole day when I returned still no toilet paper. No iron in room ,sands on the floor This is my second time there. Really disappointed this time around."
Azul Beach Resort Negril, Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma
8/10 Good
"Everything was good. Other people had issues with things being taken from their room, but we did not experience that. Only negative thing we dealt with was some of the staff acting annoyed and rude at times.
Aside from that we had a blast, great room, most of the staff was great, beaches dreamy, and culture was fun! "
"The real deal . If you are a traveler who wants a cocoon from the realities of where you are traveling go elsewhere. Wonderful people and resting by the cliffs has been a highlight of my life."
