"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona. "This historic hotel is stunning..from the terrace to the grounds to the restaurant views and the way it is all curated! The staff are very helpful and friendly,. and they put on a great breakfast! That said, the restaurants for dinner leave a blank and even the michelin star restaurant is not memorable. The food needs to be as memorable as the restaurant and it is most regretful to say that it was absolutely not. Likewise the pricing was excessive for what you received. When the restaurants are as beautiful as the hotel...it will be a show stopper...but a good ways to go in this regard."
