The restraunt in this hotel was not great Both my grandchildren have food allergies we struggled to fund something on the what so very little menu. Then to be told the food could have crosd contamination from the fryer.

Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley
I booked a Club Room and was very disappointed at how dated and dingy the room was. Room smelled mouldy, woodwork chipped, ironing board burnt, shower curtain black with dirt at the hem, toilet bowl stained with limescale. No electricity sockets by bed. Definitely not good value for money.

Good facilities and excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Rooms were a little tired but otherwise great.
