"Our stay was short, but unfortunately, the property did not match the images shown during booking. The motel feels very antiquated and in need of significant updates. While our room appeared tidy at first glance, it was not thoroughly cleaned. The air conditioning unit was very old and surged continuously, causing the room lights to flicker. We were disappointed to find the bathroom sink and bathtub dirty, and the windows were dirty with dead bugs in the sills. Additionally, the window treatments were just thin, transparent curtains that provided no privacy. Outside, the balcony was poorly maintained, covered in bugs and large spiders, with carpeting that desperately needs replacing. To top it off, the staff was not very friendly. Overall, we were unsatisfied with the condition of the room and the level of service provided."
