Dating back to the Bronze Age, the seaside town of Port Talbot in Wales is an excellent base from which to explore the best of the Welsh countryside and coast. What’s more, with Swansea never more than just a short road-trip away you will also have quick and easy access to the city fast becoming known as “the Brighton of Wales”, where you can let your hair down once you’ve burnt some calories on the mountain trails!
