"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "Good hotel, with swiming pool and spa,room was clean and quite spqcuous.Bed was comfortable and big. But room service could be better, as they often missed towels to exchange. Also it will be nice to have some carpet in the living room. Room has baclony. Hotel staff was very helpful and acting promptly. Breakfast could be better , many options but quality was average. You can get nice rest at swiming pool sauna or steam room, also there is a roof tarrace with swimingpool. Overall good stay."
