Not the most welcoming experience we have had as we have been island hoping. Did not know about a couple of the amenities (like the small gym) until I found it at the end as we were leaving. Everything just felt okay, including the breakfast. Easy location for the bus and great beaches. The driver to and from the port was amazing and friendly. The rest of the staff did not seem as friendly.

What a gem! We stayed in a villa (Villa Gaia). My teens loved that they had the entire downstairs to themselves, and didn't even have to share a bathroom. Our 2BR/3BA setup was perfect. We loved our private pool and used it everyday. They stocked our room with water, fruit, and wine. As described, beach and grocery were a short walk. Bus stop is also right near the property, but we tried it once and preferred to take taxis (usually around 20 EUR to go to Chora). Evie was so helpful and helped us get last-minute excursions as well as handling all our rides. Naxos and Melidron were the highlight of our Greece trip.

This is a fantastic multi-suite hotel within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and the beach, which was excellent. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool and bar area is a perfect place to relax. We had two rooms that were spacious, well-appointed, spotless, and filled with natural light, providing more than enough room for our family. The front desk staff, Evi and Vicky, were outstanding. They were incredibly friendly, helped coordinate our transfers, and were always available to answer any questions throughout our stay. If you're looking for a property that's outside the busy port and downtown area but still conveniently close to everything, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Staff was great, breakfast was great with a good selection of local options. Property was really clean and well maintained, parking was super easy and location was very conveniently located. However, the room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, and the pool was not heated (we were here mid June). This is normal for this area, but we made sure to book a place that looked like it had a hot tub and while it appears on the pictures that there is a hot tub, this was also not heated… which was a bummer because during our stay the highs were only in the mid 70’s (F) and the winds were fierce.

Lovely hotel and helpful staff. The family room was very spacious with a double bed and a separate room with twin beds. Shower with lots of hot water. The pool area was great and the bar and staff were fab. Fly screens on all the windows and doors too to allow some air in without letting flies in. Fantastic breakfast each morning-all homemade including Greek cakes! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Naxos.

From the moment I booked this property via Expedia until we left we had a wonderful experience. I had lots of questions about the property and its location as well as things to do for a group of 8. I communicated via WhatsApp with Evi and she was absolutely amazing!!! She was very patient, kind, informative and always prompt with her responses and gave us great recommendations for transportation, restaurants, fun activities, and so much more. The location of this property is amazing-near the beach, restaurants, just a couple of minutes away from anything you can think of. The actual property is beautiful and very clean. The restaurant on the ground was excellent with homemade items and a delicious breakfast. The pool area was lovely and quiet. Everyone who we met from the staff was so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We had a very pleasant stay and can’t wait to go back!
