"Checked in to this apartment, and unfortunately, it has been a very terrible experience. 😤 The staff clearly lacked proper communication and professionalism. We were supposed to check out at 1:00 PM, as that was what we paid for, yet our luggage was placed outside at 10:00 AM without any proper explanation. What made it even worse was the poor communication. The person answering the phone was often different from the person we met, and no one seemed to know exactly what was going on. We...

Top Navosa Hotel Reviews

Club Fiji Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Great little resort. Nice and quiet."

Fiji Gateway Hotel

8/10 Good

"Great location if you’re arriving in or leaving Fiji. Our room in the new block was clean, but pretty average overall. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the service was a bit hit and miss. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay, especially given the location. Just don’t expect too much and you’ll be alright."

Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Just a fabulous property! Spotless, great food and pretty! The pools were amazing and the layout of the hotel is great. The staff gets to know you quickly and they even remembered my breakfast coffee order. The negative is the beach. It is dark sand and made the water look brown. We never went in and we didn't see anyone else either. We did great snorkling trips and saw white sand beaches and swam. We were at the hotel for 4 nights and moved on. Had We stayed longer, and not been able to use the beach , I would lower my 5 rating. The hotel can't help the geography so they made up for it with an expansive pool system. The Fijian people are wonderful and very helpful and many times wanting to know how we are enjoying the hotel. So a 5 star rating it is."

Shangri-La Yanuca Island, Fiji

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room, serviced everyday. The staff were friendly and soon started to recognize us and said hi which felt homely. Breakfast was great at all places and especially the dinner at Takali was yum!!! We loved the pool area and the activities for the kids looked like a lot of fun and the beach activities too. We loved our experience and would be back."
