Hotels with Airport Shuttle in Navona, Rome

"A great hotel especially for the price. It was really nice to have an upstairs area where 2 of us stayed, and then my daughter stayed in sofa bed downstairs and had a bit of space. The hotel was in an upscale neighbourhood and walkable to every major attraction within 20/25 minutes. The hotel room had a mini fridge where they gave us water bottles which they replenished daily. The shower was really nice too- beautifully tiled and good water pressure. "

"The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located for walking to all the tourist attractions. Our room on the ground floor was a bit dated and needed some tlc. The bathroom in particular. The shower door came off in hubby’s hand and there was a bad damp patch on the ceiling above the shower. Cannot compare to the other rooms but not the best we have stayed in. Continental breakfast good, but no where to have a drink in the evening or relax. "

"It was pleasant once we got in but we were locked out of the b&b for 30 mins. We were just standing outside with our luggage and no response from the Owner. Again was nice once we got in but if you are just getting into a new country and have no means to get into your place that you are staying the night it is concerning."

"The Arenula Suites is a quaint property. The courtyard is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Great location just a few minutes walk from the Pantheon. Lovely spacious, clean room. Breakfast was on time and lovely every morning. Shower was good apart from being luke warm on one particular evening, but no complaints. Would stay again if visiting Rome for a few days! "

"A bad experience!!! I had to wait in the street for more than 1 hour before somebody came to open the door. The outside communication button does not work. The "hotel" has no reception and no breakfast. Even worse, it has no elevator and I counted 69 steps to get to my room with my luggage. When I left, there was nobody to help me go down with my luggage. I had asked for a taxi the day before and it never arrived. No cable TV; just Italian channels."
