The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room had all the amenities we needed and was quiet. Breakfast included a wide array of selections and the eggs in particular were delicious and cooked just right. That isn't always the case for hotel breakfast buffets. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff were helpful and friendly. We liked our room since it had Marina view. However, you can hear everything. Other guests were loud even at 12 midnight until morning. At 7am, guests were playing loud music and we couldn’t have peace. We went there to have a relaxing evening and away from the city, well, we didn’t get that. Other hotels in Chanel Island were telling us before we checked in to “respect other guests “ so we were aware that we need to be quiet."
