"Necesito ayuda sobre esta reserva, al momento de hacer el check in, no tenĆan las habitaciones reservadas libres, en lugar de 2 habitaciones triples querĆan que nos hospedemos en una habitaciĆ³n con 6 camas y un baƱo pequeƱito, la habitaciĆ³n estaba en pĆ©simas condiciones al igual que el hotel, todo desgastados hĆŗmedo a un ventilaciĆ³n.
