"Not luxury but nice nonetheless! Stunning view of Sigiriya Rock from the bar and pool. Morning buffet was fine. Did not have the evening buffet as just ordered a la carte. There are some nearby dining options but need to take a taxi or tuktuk at night because of elephants."

"A beautiful resort situated on lake Dumbulla. Very peaceful and quiet with wildlife all around. The swimming pools were exceptional, clean and perfect temperature for the heat and humidity - we could stay in there all day! All the staff are super helpful, friendly and go above and beyond in anything that was asked. Being close to the Rock Fortress was great to be able to get there early before sunrise. Highly recommend staying here."

"If I could give 10 stars I would!! Such a lovely, tranquil place. The staff are some of the loveliest people we met in Sri Lanka. Dennis was incredibly helpful, the room was spotless and the breakfast the best we had on our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel"

" 10/10. The hotel is VERY clean and you can see they work really hard to make sure of that. Our host was very helpful, booking a trip for us to see a cultural dance and organising our transport/negotiating a good price for the journey for us. Very nice breakfast too. Would 100% recommend staying here."

"We enjoyed a great stay! The rooms and especially bathroom was very clean without any sewer smells. The air conditioner worked very strong. I didnāt need to use it the full time. And there were no mosquitos or critters creeping in. The host was very friendly and we had a nice breakfast during our stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The WiFi issues were fixed but honestly after a day of hiking Lionās Rock I used the room to get much needed rest. I would certainly recommend this place to others! It met all my expectations for the two nights we stayed. Comfortable! Hot water! Air Conditioning! WiFi! Peace and quiet! No bugs or mosquitoes! Close to Sigiriya Rock!"
