"My room was on the 3rd floor and it looked very wore in. Major scratches on all furniture. No dusting behind TV. Random broken tiles in bathroom. Lotion on the lotion bottle. Glad I only stayed one night. No free breakfast, no complimentary toothpaste or hair brush."

"Stayed here 2 years ago, it WAS nice, quiet and clean. Now? It's a mess. Loud people all night in parking lot in n out of noisy side doors, old worn dirty rooms, not enough staff. There are plenty of BETTER CHOICES on Hutchinson ALONE let alone the rest of the area. And MANAGEMENT DON'T EVEN BOTHER REPLYING I should have contacted front desk, the ONLY person working there was busy checking in waiting customers 7 deep. Avoid this location, shop around!"

"We only stayed one night, in and out, but the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bath was clean The floors were vinyl covered which was better than dirty carpet. We didn’t have much contact with staff but they were ok"

"The pillows were insufficient to our needs. The bathroom was too small; the shelves for soap and shampoo extended too far into the shower, and the toilet was way too low. The Wi-Fi was sporadic, and check to make sure the refrigerator is turned on. The floor covering was quite slick for socked feet."
