"The bed was really comfy with lovely crisp white bedding and I had lovely views of the snow capped Pyrenees at the rear of the hotel. "I don't usually remember to leave a review, but this was a very excellent hotel. The owners have preserved the historic aspects of the building while thoroughly modernizing the rooms and they are extremely clean. The restaurants are excellent, I ate at Le 9th several times. The location is very quiet and central. The housekeeping was excellent and no matter what time of day I left and took the sign off the door it was clean when I returned, which I did not expect (most US hotels have a set time for cleaning). "

"Pre hospital visit. Receptionist excellent, but air con didn’t work, but she managed to apply a fix. Bag of food waste outside our ground floor window prevented us from having the window open."
