"I would not recommend this hotel for business travel. The corridors were noisy and the rooms were not very well equipped with sockets for laptops/chargers. I had to plug my laptop in on one side of the room and my charger on the other side. The bedlinen, although clean, had seen better days and the pillowcases were rough."

"Spent 6 nights at the crown plaza, this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Rooms were ok but the beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Also there were food stains and rips on the bedding. Food was good and plenty to eat for everyone. Service was very slow and often found myself wait just to get a simple cup of coffee. My biggest complaint was the room cards. Every time I stepped out and then came back my card stopped working. Every day at least 3 times I had to go to reception to get my key card reset. It was painful and extremely annoying. I was meant to come back to this hotel after I came back from Goa but this put me off and I decided to book at the Conrad instead. I was very disappointed with my stay at the Crown Plaza this time around."

"I spent 2 nights at the Conrad with my wife, mother in law and 2 other friends. We had 3 rooms and asked for them to be close to each other. The staff were happy to accommodate my request. Food was good but could have been better in my opinion. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and well decorated. My only thing I didn't like was there was not enough lighting in the room when the curtains were closed . Overall the stay was pleasant and covered all my bases."
