"I would like to begin by highlighting some positive aspects: initially, the team was very efficient in managing the addition of two extra days to our reservation and the transportation from the airport. Likewise, the staff was always very friendly and did their best with the available resources and the obstacles they faced. However, I regret to inform you that the hotel does not seem to be prepared for peak season in terms of staffing, towel availability, and cleanliness. My husband is a very light sleeper, and although we requested a room change because our stay was for two weeks, we were placed on the fifth floor, in the room next to the elevator and below the lounge. The noise of tables and chairs being moved until 10:30 p.m. made it extremely difficult for him to rest, and we could not be relocated because the hotel was full. On the other hand, I had a serious health issue related to the breakfast buffet. I was recovering from food poisoning for four days; after temporarily moving to another hotel to rest, I became ill again immediately after eating at the buffet upon my return. Additionally, we experienced daily inconveniences with the towel service, as we had to wait until after 4:00 p.m. to receive them. Finally, we noticed that the pool area does not have enough shade or seating for the number of guests. I usually leave positive reviews about my stays, but this time the experience was "

"We appreciated the size of the superior suite as there were 3 of us. The room had what we needed and we appreciated the free parking, easy check in and great breakfast. Unfortunately the rooms are not great with sound as we were all awakened at 5:30am by hammering which went on until 6am. Called the front desk to see if they could stop the disruption but didn’t get a response. "

"Overall it was a good stay. The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful. However, the B;'fast could of been a lot better. Perhaps a nice Buffet B'fast would of been good. As for the pool it was nicely located by the Bar. But my young son, and I did not really enjoy it. I went in once only. He never went in purely due to the fact there were Wild birds in the pool e.g Big Black Crows which made it very unhygienic. Fortunately we found another pool completely free of the Wild Birds, and near to the Beach. "

"Room was very dirty, furniture was very dated. We had to sign an agreement to not flush any toilet paper. The room had a terrible smell. We were staying at the 2 bedroom room which was very dark. The 4 star rating of this hotel is extremely deceiving. In the US this is likely a 2-star rated hotel at most. Closest equivalent is a Motel 6. We decided not to stay the night "
