Residence Inn Alexandria Old Town/Duke Street by Marriott
"Great smaller hotel that is a balance of modern and traditional. Trolley stop right in front and tons of restaurants. Feels more local and less touristy than buzzy waterfront. Though super easy to get to waterfront for dinner. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."
Hampton Inn & Suites Alexandria Old Town Area South

"Stayed many times at this location Conveniently located for me, clean, updated, nice pool , very comfortable beds. Only draw back is paying for parking, especially when you need to do it online. Inconvenient."
Springhill Suites by Marriott Alexandria Old Town/Southwest
10/10 Excellent
"This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Our room was so nice, I love that the toilet and shower were in seperate rooms. The front desk staff were always so warm and welcoming to greet us, and answer any questions we had. It’s in a great part of town. We felt very safe, and it was a short walk to the free bus shuttle, and a great Italian restaurant named Aldo’s. It’s also a short walk to the metro train station that made getting around DC super easy! "
You can browse the exhibits at Lyceum, a museum with a story of its own, during your trip to Alexandria. Stroll along the area's waterfront, or simply savor its top-notch restaurants.
