"I would like to begin by highlighting some positive aspects: initially, the team was very efficient in managing the addition of two extra days to our reservation and the transportation from the airport. Parking place is a nightmare, always closed, dark, alone and you must go out of your car to ask (almost beg) for somebody to walk and open the gate. They offer amenities like a hair dryer. Lie.
