"clean rooms with modern design, and rich amenities including washer/dryer, AC, clothes steamer, safe. The free breakfast is also decent, and the location is close to major tourist spots. The only issue for American tourists is the small rooms (500 square feet for a two bed room suite)."

"We are a family of 4 who spent a week in Seoul, touring the city and its nearby sites. Novotel met all our needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is closed to a subway and a night market around the corner, so it's very convenient to get from one place to another. Breakfast was buffet-style, serving varying Asian/Western options. The soup noodle was my favorite. Thanks Novotel for making our stay in Seoul so enjoyable, will definitely book with you whenever we are back in Seoul."

"I ’ll start with the few negatives which is just that the mattress was a little too firm and the fact that the toilet/shower were within such close proximity kinda threw me for a loop. But other than that the stay was amazing! Staff were all super friendly and nice, room was kept very clean throughout the entirety of the stay. They even let us borrow umbrellas for the whole time we were there cause we weren’t prepared lol. Overall an awesome place!"

"This is an unmanned hotel, but property is very quick to answer messages. Rooms are small but comfortable and include a refrigerator. Microwave is available in lobby. There are 19 rooms - 5 floors, but no elevator. "

"They are a good hotel. If in the area, i would stay there again. Top floor lounge is not really a lounge, and some of the flooring needed repair. They did not have much for amenities."

"Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and as depicted in the photos. Close to the Korea University where I was able to visit my daughter. Convenient and easy to get around. I enjoyed the included breakfast. Check out was easy. I appreciate the ability to store my luggage until I can catch my flight. I wish check in could be earlier since 4pm appears late to me."
