"The staff was great and helped us check in with our foster dog with ease. There was a big event happening at the hotel that weekend so there were kids in hockey gear everywhere and the families wound up taking over the entire lobby at night. Because our room was located right next to the elevator, our dog was nervous the whole time since people kept passing by the door, but nothing to do about that. The room was fairly clean, and we didn’t notice anything really out of place other than a big stain on the couch. For what it was, a dog-friendly hotel in this price range, with an accessible outdoor space on a busy holiday weekend, we were pleased! "

"One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Arrived too early to check in yet, but they held our luggage and valet parked our car so we could walk the city. Staff were always kind and polite. Bedding and pillows were comfortable and fresh. Even the free Continental breakfast was more upscale than other hotels, very impressed."
