"It was a nice place, check in was smooth. Honestly the only thing I didn't like was the pillows and the trains going by all night. Just for information, people be aware, I tried to pay for parking nearby and ended up with a fraudulent charge on my card."

"The person at the desk was super helpful. The ice machine was broken so he got us some ice. The elevator was broken and being seniors and women he carried our 50lb suitcases up to floor 3. I don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t helped us. It is an old building so can use some repairs but otherwise not bad. I would stay there again if tge elevator worked."
