This hotel offered a great location - right in the middle of town. A two minute walk to the quaint shops on Main Street. The breakfast included grits, eggs, pancakes, sausage, cereal, toast, coffee and juices. The room was very spacious along with the bath room. The price was very reasonable. The staff was very accomodating.

Hotel is clean, rooms spacious. Staff was all friendly. Not much Parking on site, the Parking is about a block away. The key machine was down during this stay, was a bit annoying to have to go to the lobby and get escorted to our room every time we needed to leave the room. Easy walk to the river and downtown area

Hotel location is excellent. Staff friendliness had declined a bit but was excellent this stay… especially the early morning desk and breakfast staff. Solid good breakfast (excellent eggs). It does still catch me that this place could absolutely be a 5 star that I’d even be willing to pay more to stay at with a bit more from the Management. Still a good stay, but lots of untapped potential.

No key to our room. Dirty and unkept. Trash from last guest. Dirty shower. Did not honor booking. Waited two hours to have our room with 5kids with us. Would not accommodate side by side rooms requested when called. Had to pack all 5 kids plus to adult in one room. Left at 5 am for a 3 hour drive home because I didn’t sleep at all. Had to wait 20 minutes each time we left to be let back into our rooms , with crying/ sleeping kids and not so nice staff. Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible stay. Beautiful hotel with nice surroundings..
