Muy limpio y cómodo

Acogedor hotel, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y cómodas. El personal es muy atento y amable. Olvidé un anillo de oro en la habitación y lo mantuvieron en resguardo en recepción hasta que fui a buscarlo.

Lugar impecable, bonito, buen diseño, 5 minutos del centro, excelente atencion, buen desayuno. El unico comentario es que tiene que arreglar la fachada, pasto o plantas en el frontis del hotel

muito apertado, limpeza a dever

O local é meio isolado das opções de comércio e alimentação. O hotel é bem "apertado" com quartos pequenos e sem tratamento acústico razoável. Tive uma crise alérgica devido ao ambiente do quarto, possivelmente devido a poeira. Banheiro apertado. Café da manhã básico. Funcionários ok. No geral, não valeu os USD 110,00 da diária.

Excellent customer service. The hotel is only a few blocks from the bus station, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though breakfast is scheduled from 6:30am, they were ready and available at 6am, providing me with plenty of time to eat and catch my bus at 7am.

Highly recommended

We arrived at the hotel at night, without expectations, and after a tiring day of travel. We have found a team that is willing to help, lead and even drive the need. It was fun to see. Despite the language difficulties, we managed to bridge everything. In the end, if in the future we return to the area we will be happy to stay at this hotel. do not miss.

당일 트레킹 하려고 묶었던 숙소네요ㅋ 위치는 터미널에서 걸어서 10~15분정도 걸려요ㅋ 저희는 위치만족했었어요ㅋ 그나마 건물도 다른곳에 비해 커보였구요ㅋ 방컨디션은 사진에서 보시다시피 소박한 호텔이에요ㅋ 욕실도 딱 일인이쓰기에 적당하구요ㅋ 수압이 그리강하진않은데 뜨거운물은 잘나왔어요ㅋ 침대시트가 근데 빨아도 없어지지않는 것 같은 연하게 얼룩거리는 스팟이 한두군데 있었어요ㅋ 조식은 과일종류는 거의 없고 가지수가 많지않았지만 깔끔하게 준비해줬어요ㅋ 여자스탭은 영어를 잘하는데 아저씨 직원은 영어가 안되요ㅋ 근데 두분다 너무친절했어요ㅋ 참고로 포트기에 물 끓여주는것 정도는 해주지만 주방 이용은 안되요ㅋ

Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta mukavaa, tosin kaikki ei puhuneet englantia joten kommunikointi ei ollut aina helppoa. Olimme 2 kertaa hotellissa, yhteensä 3 yötä. Molemmat huoneet olivat siistejä mutta esim ovet eivät olleet parhaassa kunnossa ja niiden kanssa oli ongelmaa (vessan ovi toisessa huoneessa liian tiukka, toisessa avautui liian helposti). Aamiainen pieni pettymys, samaa tasoa hostellien kanssa. Sijainti hyvä, lähellä sekä keskustaa että linja-autoasemaa.

Hotellet ligger på 5 min promenad avstånd till centrum . Det är ett enkelt hotell men rent och lugnt. Frukost ingår. Bäst av allt är personalen som på alla sätt hjälpte oss med bokningar och transfer.

Hotell i Puerto Natales

Hotellet har varit väldigt hjälpsamma med att ordna transporter . Det är ett enkelt hotell men rent med sköna sängar. Frukosten är med våra mått mätt , enkel . Hotellet ligger med 5 min promenad in till centrum .
