O hotem fica bem localizado. O quartonque fiquei apesar de pequeno era funional. Com ar condicionado e frigobar que funcionavam. O chuveiro era bom. Os lençóis, apesar de limpos estavam rasgados.

Local agradável para ficar, quartos disponíveis no nível térreo, quarto com bom espaço útil. AC funcionou perfeitamente. Quarto bem confortável. Café da manhã buffet bem elaborado, mas a area do café da manhã é muito pequena, necessita aguardar mesas e falta recolhimento.

Atendimento muito bom, tenho problema de lactose e não posso comer nada de derivado do leite. Conversei com o recepcionista do horário da noite, que infelizmente não lembro do nome dele. Quando informei ele imediatamente, informou a cozinha e fizeram o meu cafe separado. Meus parabéns a toda a equipe.

Uma boa estadia

Estadia confortal, quarto ok, nada de mais, estava limpo, mas é um pouco antigo. Ouve um peuqeno problema na recepção, mas foi rapidamente resolvido e não causou dor de cabeça. No geral foi um boa estadia, e vale muito o preço oferecido no dia em que peguei.

O atendimento dos colaboradores foi ótimo, foram muitos atenciosos e solicitos sempre que precisei, minha ressalva vai para as instalações predial, o prédio têm muitas infiltrações e como fiquei hospedada em junho, período de chuvas no nordeste, tive que mudar de quarto por duas vezes, o diferencial é que ele fica perto das praias (pé na areia) e de fácil acesso ao comercio local, ponto positivo. O café da manhá é razoavel, penso que precisa melhorar. Fora esses contratempos, a estadia foi tranquila e satisfatória.

Gosto do hotel mas pontos a melhorar.

Eu gosto do Itália Beach e sempre hospedo la porém dessa vez me colocaram em um quarto com mofo, vaso entupido e chuveiro não esquentava porém falei com a recepção e imediatamente me trocaram de quarto e correu tudo bem. A Limpeza precisa melhorar um pouco mas voltarei a me hospedar la. Localização excelente.

O fato do hotel não dispor de apartamento para fumante é um grave problema, uma vez que ainda existe muitos fumantes no nosso pais e eu sou um deles. É muito desconfortável um hospede ter de ir até para fora do hotel pra ter que satisfazer seu desejo: Fumar um cigarro!

Satisfatório.

Atendeu minhas expectativas para o tipo de viagem que programei (poucos dias/feriado e passava o dia fora). Fiz o check-in na madrugada e foi bastante rápido. Quarto simples, mas muito limpo e atendendo minhas necessidades. Água quente, sabonete, secador, ar condicionado super pontente, frigobar. Só tive um pequeno problema com os canais de TV a cabo e a tv que desligava do nada e demorava para ligar novamente. Dentro do hotel tem uma pizzaria, e pude experimentar um hambúrguer com fritas delicioso. Achei bem localizado e estava na rota das agências de receptivo. Ao lado tem salão de beleza, restaurante temático e comércio em geral. Ah, sobre o café da manhã, amei o horário a partir das 6:30, assim dava tempo de me alimentar antes dos passeios. O check out tambem foi rápido e prático.
